Refund policy

Last updated: 6 August 2026. This policy applies to paid learning seats confirmed in writing with Collabsecure Digital. The website itself does not process payments.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 14 calendar days before the confirmed cohort start date and have not received downloadable worksheet packs beyond the preview sample. Requests made after materials are issued may qualify for a partial refund as described below.

Timeframe to request

Submit refund requests within 30 days of payment for self-paced Ledger Seats that have not progressed past Module 2 unlocks, or within the 14-day pre-cohort window for live cohorts.

Full versus partial refunds

Full: Cancellation ≥14 days before cohort start with no material downloads beyond preview; or documented duplicate payment.

Partial (50%): Cancellation between 13 and 5 days before cohort start, or self-paced progress stopped before Module 3 with written notice.

No refund: Cancellations within 4 days of start, completion of more than half the modules, or no-shows without notice.

Non-refundable items

Custom Firm Workspace discovery fees, already-delivered live clinic hours, third-party exam vouchers (if bundled), and printed materials shipped at your request are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@collabsecure.digital with subject “Refund request”, your invoice reference, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five Hong Kong business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 15 Hong Kong business days after approval. Bank timelines may add a few days.

Cancellation by Collabsecure Digital

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Documented medical or compassionate circumstances may be considered case by case for credit toward a future seat even when a cash refund is outside the windows above.
